B.C.

Garett has always wanted to take me to his Uncle Brads in B.C. so we packed up on the weekend and headed out. We took Ron and Val with us too.
Their driveway. it was rainy the whole time, but we still had fun!
Kaida and Aunt Linda got along very well, she even taught her the huckleberry pie secret

ok...these are to die for...real whole wheat pancakes. LOVED them. made from fresh ground wheat.....here is the recipe

1 1/4 c fresh wheat flour

tbsp sugar

1/2 tbsp baking powder

dash of salt

swirl of veg oil

3-4 c - 1 c milk

1 egg
Garett got to ride the quads....hes been talking about this forever! i would have joined him if it wern't for this bun in the oven {which aunt linda says is going to be a big baby...ouch}
