Cali 2010

here we are on our annual california trip. we go down every feburary to give my snowbird parents a visit.

this year we happened to go the day of my 26th birthday..thats right...im 26, getting old!

And since our family is RAPIDLY growing, we decided it would be a good time to hit up disney land.

Kaida is really into the disney princesses right now too, so we figured that it would be perfect timing.

We only had one day to get it all in so we were searching the map for the best places to visit!

the kids were good and the weather was great {until the sun went down and we realized we left some coats in the car....brrr}
mom and dad came too.....they are really young at heart

kaida surprised me and went right up to the characters with a big smile.

Jaks did bust out a '5' though
oh mickey...and your crazy safari outfit ...or whatever it is
my dad has some bad knees/back, so we were able to rent him a wheel chair

it actually came in really handy...we go to go in the handicap line for all the rides (which means no waiting in line)

so next time you go...rent a wheelchair.
This was my favourite part of the day

the line up was big, but worth it.

kaida got to see her princesses.

Bell was so nice, just as you would imagine Bell to be

she got to talk with the princesses for as long as she wanted

they all loved her rings

princess tiana was cute and had just the right accent
jasmine was beautiful and so sweet

Ariel has always been my favorite

but lets face it...she seems kinda dorky to me...just looking at her

love kaidas expression though....she really wanted to meet Ariel
we went back a 2nd time, but there wanst any different princesses

still fun though

and they all remembered kaida
for the first part of our trip the kids were sick and the weather wasnt all that great

but after it warmed up, kaida spent every second she could in the pool and hot tub
Grandpa was a trooper and swam with kaida all afternoon one day
we traveled home on valentines day, so i got the kids a little {HUGE} vanentine sucker

kept them quiet, but had to do some major car seat cleaning!!
